Pure Body Fitness Speed and Agility programs vary based on the needs of each athlete and team. Training sessions will help get you to your goals by including instruction on basic running mechanics, plyometric drills, stretching techniques, and core strength development.
As a successful high school, college, and professional track athlete I have experience relevant to all athletic levels. My years as athlete taught me a lot about running mechanics and explosive movement exercises, and my certification as a personal trainer helped me learn more about strength development and injury prevention. The combination gives me a unique ability to help any athlete become faster, stronger, and more efficient for their sport I am committed to creating workout programs that will prepare individual athletes and teams to excel during the sports season.
